this would be another redhead, painted because cassie sorta wanted a painting and this gal looks a lot like cassie, only with longer hair and different colored eyes...

btw- i like eyes

not sure i like how the hair turned out, bit messy for my tastes... but i didn't feel like working anymore on it, the hair was around 8 hours all by itself!




*about... 10 to 12 hours total over the course of a week
*PS Elements
*hard round brushes of all sizes
*selective bluring on the dang hair!
*wacom graphire 2 tablet
*lots of patience

well, why didn't you paint the eyes in a more grandiose way? and why didn't you fix the peculiar anatomical look of 'em?

i repainted the eyes for the print i'm giving to my friend. they're green now, but originally i was going for exactly the look of the photo, which meant the eyes had to be a little off from each other...

This is a great pic....just one thing the stiches on her shirt look kind of fake.....try to blend them into the pic a bit more!!!....other wise this is a very realstic pic!!!!!!
